Ordering Policy

Orders are handled as promptly as possible. Most in-stock items will ship within 24 hours, although some orders may take up to 72 hours. We ship Monday thru Friday.

All transactions are done through PayPal. PayPal is the safest most secure payment method on the web.

Items are charged to your PayPal account or credit card when they ship. You will not be charged if an item is on backorder, until it is shipped. If an item is temporarily out-of-stock, or there is a delay with your order, you will be contacted ASAP.

Items shipped within New York state will be charged a sales tax.

Shipping to PO boxes

Orders using Post office boxes can only be sent via USPS priority mail.

Shipping times

Regular service: 2-7 business days, USPS Priority mail.

Shipping outside the United States.
